Harri opened the meeting and described agenda and most important items to be discussed during the meeting. Participants introduced themselves. Starting of the project Twinning Air Quality and Environment

           • Project starting day Mon 1.7.2024

           • Maija and Harri will be in Chisinau working Mon 1.7. to Fri 5.7.

           • Before July need to consist of the agenda for the first mission week. There would be Maija and Harri, unfortunately Junior partners could not participate.

           • During the first mission week we need to:

                       o Define details for Log frame (targets)

                       o Collect necessary information for Initial Rolling Work Plan preparation (Initial Rolling Work Plan must be completed within six weeks from starting date; by the end of week 32)

                       o Communication and visibility plan must be included in the initial rolling work plan

                       o Discuss of information needed for components 3 and 4

                       o Initial Rolling Work Plan will be drafted before first mission week

                       o Planning a second mission week (in the beginning of August), preferably when Junior partners could also be able to participate.

Recruitment of RTA Assistant and RTA Language Assistant

          • Vacancy notices are published, Maija will send links for notices.

          • Interviews at the beginning of July, preferably during the first mission week 1.7. – 5.7.

          • Someone from Beneficiary will participate if have time. Counterparts and other necessary contact persons from Beneficiary

          • Beneficiary produces a list of contact persons (especially technical counterparts) and send it to Maija and Harri, we will share it to Junior Partners.
